- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
