Ingredients

- White Wine: 1/2 cup dry white wine

Instructions

- Stir in the heavy cream and remaining butter, allowing it to melt and combine for about 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet, along with the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, stirring to combine.
- Serve the chicken scampi over the cooked pasta, garnished with additional parsley and Parmesan if desired.
