- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- Oil for Frying
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions
- Prepare the breading stations by mixing flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in one bowl and whisking eggs and buttermilk in another.
- Dip each tenderized steak into the buttermilk mixture, letting excess drip off.
- Coat generously with the flour mixture, pressing it into the meat for a satisfying crust.
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and fry the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the steaks and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Melt butter in the skillet, whisk in flour to form a roux, then gradually add milk and chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the steaks topped with the creamy gravy.
Notes
For a healthier option, try using an air fryer instead of frying. Make the gravy in advance to save time.
