- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the Olive Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the Chicken: Season sliced chicken with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss in the Veggies: Add sliced bell peppers and onions; sauté for approximately 5 minutes until softened.
- Pour in the Heavy Cream: Slowly add cream, bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Combine with Pasta: Add cooked pasta and toss until well-coated in sauce.
- Fold in the Cheese: Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve and Garnish: Dish out hot, garnishing with fresh cilantro if desired.
