  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the Olive Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the Chicken: Season sliced chicken with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Toss in the Veggies: Add sliced bell peppers and onions; sauté for approximately 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Pour in the Heavy Cream: Slowly add cream, bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
