Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the Caesar dressing.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Brush the grill with olive oil and place the patties on the grill.
  5. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, place the buns on the grill to toast.
  7. Assemble the burgers by spreading the remaining Caesar dressing on the buns, adding the chicken patty, chopped romaine, and sprinkling with Parmesan cheese.
