Description
A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad, this Chicken Caesar Burger combines juicy grilled chicken with fresh romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, all served on a toasted bun.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the Caesar dressing.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Brush the grill with olive oil and place the patties on the grill.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- During the last minute of cooking, place the buns on the grill to toast.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the remaining Caesar dressing on the buns, adding the chicken patty, chopped romaine, and sprinkling with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Caesar dressing for a few hours before grilling.
- Feel free to add additional toppings like bacon or avocado.
- These burgers can also be made with turkey or beef if preferred.
