Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper onto the chicken.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop into a bowl.
  7. Mash the avocado and stir in lime juice.
  8. Mix together the ranch dressing and sour cream in another bowl.
  9. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces after resting.
  10. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
  11. Spread ranch mixture on the bottom half of each tortilla.
  12. Add shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  13. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll to form a burrito.
  14. Serve immediately with additional ranch dressing on the side.
