  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, spinach, artichokes, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
