Ingredients

  • Pasta: 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • Alfredo Sauce: 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Bacon: 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Cheese Layer: 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the crumbled bacon, and a third of the Alfredo sauce.
  6. Repeat the layering process, finishing with a final layer of noodles topped with the remaining Alfredo sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
