Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the split English muffins on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each muffin half.
- In a skillet, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned, then add the diced bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
