- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the cauliflower to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
