Ingredients

- 1 package flaky dough (premade puff pastry)
- 6 slices crispy bacon (thick-cut)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella mix)
- Optional seasonings: garlic powder, black pepper, herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Roll out the flaky dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- Layer a slice of cooked bacon on each strip, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Twist the dough around the bacon and cheese tightly.
- Air fry the twists at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the twists and storing in the fridge before air frying. Experiment with different cheeses and add spices or peppers for extra flavor.
