Description
Cheese-Stuffed Garlic Knots are delicious, fluffy dough bites filled with gooey cheese and coated in a buttery garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Flatten each ball and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- These knots can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
