Description

Cheese-Stuffed Garlic Knots are delicious, fluffy dough bites filled with gooey cheese and coated in a buttery garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll the pizza dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Flatten each ball and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.
  5. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
