- 1 cup cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, or lobster)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- Water (as per biscuit mix instructions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
- Mix in cooked seafood and mixed vegetables. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of seafood you prefer.
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the seafood mixture.
- Serve hot for the best flavor.
