Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (preferably sourdough or Italian)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread into a grid pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter and ranch dressing.
  4. Drizzle the butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Stuff the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon into the cuts of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
