- 1 ripe banana, mashed

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed banana, milk, egg, honey, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute the egg with a flax egg and use a non-dairy milk.
- These pancakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
