Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the softened butter, milk, and eggs in a separate medium bowl until well blended.
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  5. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading half of the cream cheese mixture and half of the caramel sauce on top. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Swirl the layers together with a knife.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

Warm your eggs and milk slightly to help your batter mix smoothly. Soften cream cheese beforehand for better texture. Adjust baking time if using an air fryer.
