Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and half of the caramel sauce.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add half of the apple mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and apple mixture.
  7. Top with whipped topping and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
