  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
