    • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Apple Topping:
    • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Caramel Drizzle:
    • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. In another bowl, toss the diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow to cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing into bars.
