- 4 cups of cubed bread
- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread and diced apples.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread and apples, stirring to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to soak up the liquid.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
