Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Stir in mozzarella balls and fresh basil, cooking until the cheese is slightly melted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
