- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup candy corn, plus extra for topping
- Food coloring (yellow and orange)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Divide the cheesecake mixture into two bowls. Color one bowl with yellow food coloring and the other with orange food coloring.
- Pour the yellow cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by the orange mixture on top.
- Swirl the two colors together gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle candy corn on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, refrigerate the bars overnight.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
