Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup candy corn, plus extra for topping
  • Food coloring (yellow and orange)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Divide the cheesecake mixture into two bowls. Color one bowl with yellow food coloring and the other with orange food coloring.
  6. Pour the yellow cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by the orange mixture on top.
  7. Swirl the two colors together gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
  8. Sprinkle candy corn on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
