- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
