  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
