- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun spice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and Cajun spice to the beef, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to low and incorporate the cream cheese, stirring until melted and fully combined with the beef.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is velvety.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat each piece in the sauce and beef mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
