Instructions
- Sauté the Base: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken, diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Cook until the chicken is browned, and the vegetables soften, about 5–7 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Add the Flavor: Next, stir in the Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Allow this mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes, letting the flavors meld together beautifully.
- Prepare the Cheesy Delight: In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in the milk until combined, then add the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce.
- Toast the Buns: While the cheese melts, prepare your brioche buns. Toast them on a baking tray in the oven until golden brown.
- Assemble & Serve: Spoon the savory chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each toasted bun. Generously drizzle with the cheese sauce, then top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
