- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
