 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup grated cheese (such as Gruyère or cheddar)
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
 - Add the diced butternut squash and cook until slightly tender.
 - Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
 - Layer the butternut squash and spinach mixture in a baking dish.
 - Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables.
 - Top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with a mixture of milk and Greek yogurt.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or leeks for extra flavor.
