- 2 cups mashed butternut squash
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed butternut squash, flour, oats, cheese, onions, eggs, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
