  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, combine the cream cheese, milk, and buffalo sauce over medium heat until smooth.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the pot, stirring until well combined.
  5. Mix in the cooked macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
