- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Brush the flatbreads with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce.
