Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. Top each cup with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more buffalo sauce to taste.
