Buffalo Chicken Dip Cups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken dip in a convenient cup form, perfect for parties and gatherings.

			- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
 - Chopped green onions for garnish
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
 - Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the buffalo chicken mixture.
 - Top each cup with the remaining cheddar cheese.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
 
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more buffalo sauce to taste.
 - These cups can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
 - Serve with celery sticks and additional ranch dressing on the side.
