Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Filling:
    • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
    • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
    • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • For the Coating:
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 2 cups breadcrumbs
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese until well mixed.
  3. Using your hands, take a small amount of the filling and form it into a ball, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dredge each ball in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
