Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Brownie Shell:
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • For the Peanut Butter Filling:
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Toppings:
    • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
    • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased taco shell mold or a muffin tin, filling each mold halfway.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before gently removing from the mold.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  7. Once the brownie shells are completely cool, fill each shell with the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Top with crushed peanuts, mini chocolate chips, and a drizzle of caramel sauce before serving.
