  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped pecans with a little brown sugar and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
  6. If desired, add mini marshmallows on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
