Ingredients

  • 6 slices Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Broccoli and Bacon: Wash the broccoli and pat dry before cutting it into bite-sized florets. Cook the bacon until crispy, crumble it, and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the broccoli, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, and sliced almonds.
  3. Create the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. Bring It Together: Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
