- 4 cups Fresh Broccoli, chopped
- 6 slices Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Prepare the Broccoli and Bacon: Wash the broccoli and pat dry before cutting it into bite-sized florets. Cook the bacon until crispy, crumble it, and set aside to cool.
- Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the broccoli, crumbled bacon, diced red onion, and sliced almonds.
- Create the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Bring It Together: Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
