Ingredients
- Base: 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
- Lemon Glaze: 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest - Coating: 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of lemon zest into the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Pour the lemon glaze over the Rice Chex cereal, gently folding to coat evenly.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable bag, add 1 cup of powdered sugar, and shake until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool completely.
- Once cooled, break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
