A delightful and sweet jam made with fresh peaches and a hint of bourbon, perfect for summer spreads.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 packet pectin (1.75 oz)
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir well and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Add the bourbon and pectin to the peach mixture and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and ladle the jam into sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Let the jars cool completely before storing them in a cool, dark place.

- Ensure peaches are ripe for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of bourbon to taste.
- This jam can be stored for up to a year if sealed properly.
