Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Spread mascarpone cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Evenly distribute the blueberries on top of the mascarpone on one slice.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread, mascarpone side down.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  5. Once the butter is melted, place the sandwich in the skillet.
  6. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, add a drizzle of honey on top of the blueberries.
