A unique and delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring creamy mascarpone cheese and sweet blueberries.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread mascarpone cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Evenly distribute the blueberries on top of the mascarpone on one slice.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mascarpone side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Once the butter is melted, place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, add a drizzle of honey on top of the blueberries.
- Use whole grain or sourdough bread for added texture.
- Serve with a side of fresh fruit or a salad for a complete meal.
