- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the cheese, blackberries, and basil.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
