Description
Delicious cinnamon rolls filled with Biscoff cookie butter, topped with a creamy glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1–2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and egg to the yeast mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the cookie butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
- These rolls can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- Adjust the amount of cinnamon according to your taste preference.
