- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy vanilla frosting

Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Warm the milk and melt the butter together in a separate bowl, then add the egg and stir until blended.
- Introduce the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about five minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for around one hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle that’s about 1/4-inch thick.
- Mix the birthday cake mix, brown sugar, and vanilla extract for the filling and spread it over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut it into equal pieces about 1 to 2 inches thick.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for about 20-25 minutes.
- Frost the rolls with creamy vanilla frosting and sprinkle with vibrant sprinkles.
