- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine cooked beef, ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and ricotta mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the beef mixture for added nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
