Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and cover it with BBQ sauce.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 4-5 hours until the pork is tender.
- Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
