- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Thread the meatballs onto skewers, leaving a little space between each one.
- Brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Brush with additional BBQ sauce before serving.
