- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together all the dry rub ingredients.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken wings until evenly coated.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
