Description

A delicious twist on traditional meatloaf, combining the flavors of BBQ, bacon, and cheeseburgers for a delightful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked bacon, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  5. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and brush with additional BBQ sauce.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
