A delicious twist on traditional meatloaf, combining the flavors of BBQ, bacon, and cheeseburgers for a delightful meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked bacon, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and brush with additional BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the meat mixture.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
- This meatloaf can be made ahead of time and reheated.
