Instructions
- Combine banana pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Fold in crushed vanilla wafers and powdered sugar until incorporated.
- Gently fold in whipped cream to create a light texture.
- Portion out mixture into bite-sized balls on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
- Melt chocolate or candy coating until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted coating, allowing excess to drip off.
- Sprinkle with Easter-themed decorations immediately if desired.
- Allow truffles to harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
