A delicious and unique dessert that combines the flavors of banana pudding and cheesecake with a crunchy topping.

- 1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Layer the banana pudding over the cream cheese mixture in the springform pan.
- Top with sliced bananas and then the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed nuts on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use ripe bananas.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
