- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the bananas, oats, milk, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a sweeter pancake, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to the batter.
